Objective:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assume the role of General Manager
- Corporate & Operations Finance. This key position will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency performance of our Finance Department.
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
**Job Description**:
1) Assisting the Chief Financial Officer: Collaborate closely with the CFO on all financial-related matters and proposals, providing valuable insights and support in making informed financial decisions.
2) Financial Insight and Analysis: Utilize your financial expertise to deliver in-depth financial
insights and analysis that drive the business performance of our organization. Monitor
financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize results.
3) Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant
statutory, internal, or external regulations, standards, and codes of good practice. Ensure our financial practices adhere to these requirements.
4) Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as bankers, auditors, investors, and analysts. Effectively communicate financial information and collaborate to achieve mutual goals.
5) Review of Operations Finance Systems: Conduct thorough reviews of our operations finance systems, policies, procedures, and internal control processes. Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
1) Professional Membership: Hold a professional membership in CPA ,ACCA,ICAEW or MIA
2) Education: Possess a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
3) Experience: Have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including exposure to both the audit field and a PLC (Public Listed Company) and Manufacturing environment. This combination of experience will equip you with the necessary skills and understanding of financial operations in different contexts.
4) Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent writing and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, present financial insights, and convey recommendations.
5) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work
environment, managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive financial matters.
