We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our business operations and financial strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in the F&B or FMCG sector, capable of managing both operational execution and financial performance. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production planning, cost control, budgeting, and compliance to support strategic growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance & Accounting**
- Financial Planning & Budgeting:

- Lead quarterly budgeting across departments: operations, marketing, and sales.
- Monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analyses.
- Financial Reporting:

- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

- Maintain healthy liquidity through effective AR, AP, and inventory turnover management.
- Optimize working capital and funding costs.
- Cost Control & Profitability Analysis:

- Analyze costs across functions (production, A&P, logistics, overhead).
- Conduct SKU- or product-line profitability assessments to improve margins.
- Compliance & Taxation:

- Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory obligations (Corporate Tax, SST/GST, etc.).
- Maintain audit readiness and coordinate with auditors and tax agents.
- Systems & Process Implementation:

- Recommend and implement suitable accounting or ERP systems.
- Drive process improvements and coordinate with external consultants as needed.

**Operations Management**
- Production Planning & Control:

- Oversee production schedules to meet volume, quality, and delivery goals.
- Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and sales to ensure demand-supply alignment.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, including material and packaging flow.
- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure product quality standards and regulatory compliance are consistently met.
- Improve internal SOPs and implement best practices in quality control.
- Cost Management & Efficiency:

- Monitor and optimize operational costs (e.g., raw material usage, labor hours).
- Enhance production efficiency and drive reductions in cost per unit.
- Team & Workforce Management:

- Recruit, manage, and mentor the operations team (excluding sales).
- Define KPIs and oversee performance evaluation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in F&B or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and production planning.
- Proficient in financial reporting, taxation, and ERP/accounting systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
