Customer Service Administrator

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, messenger, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Assist customers with order processing, product information, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and documentation management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
