We are looking for a **Content Lead** to join Myna and drive the creative direction of our brand. This role is responsible for shaping content strategy across TikTok, Shopee, and other digital platforms, ensuring our storytelling connects with audiences and supports growth. You will guide the content team, oversee content calendars, and work closely with affiliates to align campaigns with sales and branding goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead and mentor the content team to deliver high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.
- Collaborate with affiliates and partners to produce engaging campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for engagement and sales.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Shopee, and affiliate marketing ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
