**Responsibilities**
- Team Player - The business and the customers always come first; together with your colleagues you will ensure that the E-commerce operations run smoothly. You will be exposed to various roles within E-commerce. At the same time, you will ensure that all delivery promises meet the respective KPIs.
- Continuously review the operational procedures to enhance the supply chain process and discover new ways to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operations
- Customer Service - Your customers will always be your number one priority, working closely with the rest of the team, you will be able to identify areas that need improvement
- E-commerce experience would be an advantage

**Job Scope**

E-commerce sales
- Build rapport and liaise with e-Commerce platform Account Managers on campaigns and identify avenues to generate sales
- Ensure Sales KPI is met
- Create, edit and maintain product data file for incoming shipments and reorders
- Upload product visuals for products listed online
- Customer service follow-up on returns, exchanges and refunds

Logistics Operations
- Ensure daily orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Ensure regular stock count of inventory, proactively monitor and re-order merchandise in a timely manner

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
