Job Summary:
1. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation/construction projects from start to finish

Develop project timelines and schedules

Supervise and manage contractors and sub-contractors

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary

Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with local building codes and regulations

Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are being met

Manage and maintain project documentation

Conduct site visits and inspections

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project

2. Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in construction, project management, engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or renovation industry

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and renovation/construction drawings

Ability to communicate well in English & Bahasa Melayu

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Valid driver's license & possess own vehicle

Willing to travel to multiple project sites (Most of the times)

Must be able to work for extended periods
