**Key Responsibilities includes**:

- 协助整体财务和会计职能。
- 执行每月结账活动,包括准备日记账分录和对账。
- 准备 AP 和 AR 的时间表和清单。
- 协助分析和提取各种会计数据以向管理层报告。
- 处理和监控来自客户的收款,处理借方票据、贷方票据、退款和回扣。
- 报告逾期发票,为逾期帐户生成提醒,并与相关部门跟进催收。
- 使用商家报告和银行金额检查每日和每月的销售记录。
- 根据公司的政策和程序监控并确保文件在流动中
- 应要求协助清除积压的发票(文书工作)

**About you**:

- 至少拥有高中/STPM/“A”级/Pre-U,专业证书,文凭,高级/高级/研究生文凭,任何领域。
- 必须愿意在巴生Bandar Botanic Capital 工作。
- 普通话(华语) 流利者优先,因为这个职位要求候选人与说普通话 (华语) 的客户和相关方打交道
- 至少1年相关经验
- 自律,能够独立工作和团队合作。
- 该职位需要文凭或LCCI。
- 你认为自己是一个热情的团队合作者和高能量的专业人士。
- 你有很强的问题解决和计划/协调能力,对细节非常关注。

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
