**Industry: Manufacturing of Electrical Appliances** **Hiring 2 headcounts**: - 1 headcount for **Mandarin speaker** to liaise with mandarin speaking team - 1 headcount for **English & BM speaker** Why join us today? - 5.5 working days - Free parking - EPF & SOCSO - Annual Performance Bonus - Annual and Medical Leave - Car Allowance if required to travel - Fast-Track Career Growth - Flat structure and lean management = more opportunity - Direct Access to Leadership We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** to support the Senior Account Executive in managing accounting and financial activities for our manufacturing business while gaining exposure to **full-set accounting**. **Job Description**: **Accounting & Finance Operations** - **Support the Senior Account Executive in handling full sets of accounts** for both manufacturing and trading divisions. - **Perform day-to-day accounting operations** including data entry, bookkeeping, and transaction posting. - **Prepare bank reconciliations**, monitor daily bank balances, and manage company cash flow. - **Perform monthly closing** and ensure timely, accurate financial and management reporting (weekly and monthly). - Control expenditure by **reviewing purchase requisitions** and monitoring departmental spending. - **Develop and perform costing analysis for manufacturing activities** to support cost-saving initiatives. - **Assist in audit processes**, tax filing, and compliance with statutory requirements. - **Maintain accurate and organized documentation and filing systems** (both digital and physical). **Financial Planning & Analysis** - **Conduct cash flow and financial status analysis** to provide insights for management decisions. - **Assist in budgeting, forecasting**, and performance monitoring. - **Liaise with bankers and external parties** for financial documentation and transactions. **Requirements**: - Minimum **3 years of relevant working experience** preferred. - Required Skill(s): Accounting Software, Bookkeeping, Microsoft Office Ready to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-moving manufacturing company?
