The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, handling administrative duties, supporting billing processes, and managing account-related documentation.

**1. Office Administration & Management**
- Oversee general office operations including cleanliness, stationery supplies, and maintenance.
- Manage office equipment, inventory, and service contracts (e.g., copier, internet, utility).
- Coordinate office repairs, renovations, or IT support requests with relevant vendors or internal departments.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring proper document control.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and assist in company events or training logistics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

**2. Billing & Invoicing**
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage billing reminders.
- Work with the finance team to reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain updated billing records and support audit requirements.
- Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely submission to finance for processing.

**3. Other Duties**
- Manage internal and external correspondence related to admin and billing matters.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks if required (e.g., attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork).
- Perform any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
