**Job Summary**
- Manage and monitor the Supply Chain functions to support Business Unit growth, operational efficiencies and service standards

**General Responsibilities**
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with all stakeholders
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and review with management from time to time
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Managing small, medium and large and diverse teams
- Able to be multitasking and learn cross department functionality and processes.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Execute project within minimum cost.

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Preferable with project management experiences.
- Demonstrate working understanding of supply chain management
- Demonstrate knowledge in warehouse and transportation management systems (ideally SAP)
- Demonstrate knowledge of sales forecasting, material requirements planning and purchase order processing
- Demonstrate basic understanding of industrial engineering fundamentals and logistics solution design
- Demonstrate experience in cost control and productivity improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
