1. To assist the HOD in carrying out marketing and leasing for all identified lettable space, push cart/booth, storage etc.
2. To liaise with tenants on setting up for kiosks and manning in/out of promotion booths/carts
3. To handle and monitor all kiosks, booths and carts daily operations and comply with rules and regulation
4. To liaise with owners on shops leasing matters
5. To maintain close relationship with property agents to facilitate better leasing/ sale of units
6. To follow up with kiosks/ carts legal matters if necessary
7. To ensure timely renewal and termination of license
8. To follow up on collection of rentals of leasable areas
9. To update vacancy listing on weekly basis so that the report can be submitted on timely manner
10. To administer and maintain documentation on all leasing matters
11. To perform specific or other related duties as may be assigned in the interest of the Company from time to time
- Managing facilities of the mall
- Managing common areas of the mall
- Centre Management Office administration
