Promptly reply to loan inquiries and according to company standards. Respond to audit findings. Provide any necessary supporting documents.
- Prepare requests and/or correspondence to obtain information or required documentation. Input all required data into the loan origination and related systems.
- Review documentation and provide conditions for Personal Loan and Mortgage Loan approvals needed to comply with underwriting guidelines: borrower documentation, credit and collateral documentation
- Analyze and evaluate documentation provided by borrowers, including ensuring that overall documents are accurate, complete, and compliant; calculating income; and reviewing financial statements, credit reports, applicable ratios, and other supporting documentation for acceptability.
- Monitor to ensure all loan documents are completed and disbursed within the targeted timeline; documents and compliance of terms (Bank’s policies, National Land Code, Companies Act, Bank Negara Malaysia's Foreign Exchange and Administration guideline, KPKT)
- Ensure loan approval is maintained at a high level at all times with minimum of bad debt cases.
- Ensure loans are properly completed, secured and documented. Print, review, and assemble loan documents for signature.
- Forge trust relationships and enhance customer dedication
- Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 3 years working experience in Financial institutions
- Experience in processing would be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
