Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and qualify leads (phone, WhatsApp, email) provided by our marketing/telesales teams.
  • Engage with customers, understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate banking/loan solutions.
  • Present loan product features, terms, eligibility, repayment options, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist customers through the full loan process: application forms, document gathering, submission, follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to‐date customer records in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs (conversion rate, number of deals closed, revenue generated, customer satisfaction).
  • Participate actively in trainings, share best practices within the team, continuously improve your sales skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Diploma required; fresh graduates (Degree holders) encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in sales, banking, financing or customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in Malay & English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive & negotiation skills, confident closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable using CRM, Google Drive and other sales tracking tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance team culture.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission: Tiered structure
  • Quarterly Bonus : RM 4,000 (if target achieved)

Pay: RM2, RM12,000.00 per month
