**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards in accordance with recipes and guidelines.
- Support the Chef de Partie in managing kitchen operations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the Chef de Partie.
- Follow proper storage and labelling practices to ensure food safety.
- Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes to maintain smooth kitchen workflow.
- Adhere to portion control and waste reduction policies.
- Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Demi Chef** or **Commis Chef** in a reputable establishment.
- Culinary certification or relevant qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
