**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Chef de Partie or Senior (CDP) in the preparation and cooking of a wide variety of dishes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff when required.
- Follow instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to maintain cleanliness, control wastage, and ensure kitchen requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation.
- Clean kitchen equipment and tools as needed, following food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management or immediate superiors.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including coffee-based dishes, sandwiches, pastries, western cuisine, and light meals.
- Familiar with food safety and sanitation best practices.
- Positive working attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good time management and organizational skills
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
