**Job Purpose**

Sales Enablement is a critical department whose key goal is to set up a sustainable process to provide internal and external sales and support teams with the training they need to improve their overall effectiveness.

The Training Sales Enablement Manager will act as a central point between Sales and Marketing. He/she will not only be responsible for the deployment of all product training modules, but also for ensuring or coordinating the more elaborate training modules that aim to raise the knowledge level of the teams. In addition, he/she will support the creation of e-learning modules.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement International and is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and support of international sales enablement programs

**A glimpse of your daily mission**

**Onsite Training**

1. Qualify the training needs of the direct and indirect teams and participate in the development of the specifications in conjunction with the manager.

2. Develop and design pedagogical tools and sales playbook in order to significantly improve the performance of sales teams.

3. Lead most training modules.

4. Adapt the training modules according to the pedagogical goals and the participants' profile.

5. Be in constant contact with the MD's, Team leaders, Human Resources, PLM and Marcom in order to adapt the training to the demand when it necessary.

6. Communicate, coordinate, and deploy training led by another Haworth resource or by an external trainer.

7. Measure the relevance and performance of training.

8. Coordinate all webinars in his/her region

9. Work with product marketing to create relevant “pitch sheets”.

10. Ensure competitive intelligence to create relevant and comparative tools

**Online training**

1. Support all needed translation for LMS Platform

2. Record product presentation videos on TEAMS for the LMS platform

**Your qualification**
- Experience and pedagogical mastery in training facilitation.
- Experience in creating and deploying effective sales support tools
- Ability to create and track performance indicators to measure the impact of your actions.
- Excellent public speaking skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Organized and able to work effectively with multiple priorities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment.
- Has the ability to adapt to different cultures and time zones.
- Experience in the office furniture industry or closely related area is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in computer software; Microsoft pack office
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, sales techniques in the international B2B environment
