Searix helps event and campaign organisers realise their creative and strategic visions by delivering agile, innovative and reliable web-based technology that transforms event and campaign experiences.
Since our founding in 2013, Searix has been a technology consultancy at heart, specialising in innovative rapid prototyping.
In 2015, we built our first barcode guest registration and lucky draw system for a corporate event. Since then, we’ve developed 35 more systems and they have been deployed at more than 2,500 events in 11 countries. These solutions range from registration and badge printing systems for conferences and exhibitions, to custom redemption and referral systems for marketing campaigns, to AR effects across social channels, as well as interactive pop-up exhibits and launch mechanisms.
It is our mission to bring more innovation and better experiences to events and campaigns across the world.
This is a fully remote position that will report to the Singapore HQ. You will service regional and international markets primarily through our agency partners.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
As a Sales Enablement Lead at Searix, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by creating and delivering solutions, pitches, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate the value of our products and services.
You must be skilled in scoping, relationship building, pitching, and selling custom software solutions to a variety of agencies and branding / marketing functions in businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and identify new business development opportunities through active outreach and introduction of Searix’s experiences and solutions.
- Where suitable, respond to inquiries to sell a range of event and campaign technology software, as well as custom solutions of such to creative / PR / advertising / marketing / event agencies internationally.
- Create and deliver high-quality pitches, presentations, proposals and other sales enablement material across channels that effectively communicate how our products and services will achieve the creative and strategic visions of our partners and prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
**Key Requirements**:
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
- Proven experience in selling a range of custom software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in partnering with creative / PR / advertising / marketing / event agencies to deliver solutions to their clients
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
**Preferred**:
- Proven experience in developing AR / VR / Blockchain / AI or interesting products such as games or tools
- Ability to do basic photo editing and UX wireframing to include in presentations

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
