**Key Responsibilities**
- **Office and Warehouse Setup**: Assist in the establishment of the new office and warehouse, including organizing workspace, procuring necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is operational.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain and organize both digital and physical files, ensuring all documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
- **Business Registration Support**: Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation required for business registration with relevant authorities.
- **Team Support**:Provide administrative support to team members, including handling travel arrangements and meeting logistics.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- More than 2 years working experiences in an administrative or business support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, PVsyst and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandrain will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good customer service, self-motivated, goal oriented and result driven.
- Possessing own transport is preferred and willing to travel within the base area as and when required.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Malay (preferred)
