We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pure Water Pool Service in Batu Uban, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain our office calendar, schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and respond promptly and professionally
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing documents, reports and presentations
- Assist with data entry, filing and organizing records and office supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses for the team
- Support with event planning and coordination
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
