The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling daily office tasks, assisting in documentation, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting the team with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records accurately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Support HR and finance teams in administrative tasks (e.g., attendance records, petty cash claims).
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers when required.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and presentable.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
