_**You'll make a difference by**_:

- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors & ensuring timely payment of debts;
- Negotiating re-payment plans & following up payments as needed;
- Responding to relevant client enquiries, processing and reconciliation of invoices;
- Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems & prepare statement of account to customer on timely basic;
- Monitoring billing status & e-invoicing submission status for AR team;
- Prepare debts collection report on timely basic;
- **Your success is grounded in**:_
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers & work closely with team;
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- A team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure & fast paced environment to meet the deadline;
- Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other local dialects are an added advantage.
