HR & Admin Assistant

**Job Descriptions**:
1. To handle and support human resources department for administrative tasks.
2. To deal with vendor for all the maintenance and consumables order.
3. To work with external party and government department for foreign workers management including FOMEMA, passport renewal/ endorsement, permit renewal, air-ticket arrangement, purchase of insurance.
4. Liaise with account department for all the financing and account related issues.
5. Payroll calculation and preparation.
6. Update of internal system for all the payroll and workers (foreign and local) related matters.
7. Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Ms Office, excel
- Willing to learn and multitask
- Must have own transport
- Able to work in team
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Working days 5.5days
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
