**Position Summary**:
As an Audit and Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in coordinating audit tasks within our Technology Infrastructure department. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of audit requests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the process of audits, risk/advisory controls, or IT reviews/cybersecurity assessments.
- Collaborate with various teams within Technology Infrastructure and Group IT to organize and produce required documents or artifacts.
- Ensure documents and artifacts are compliant with audit requirements and group policies.
- Work with Service Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and rectify gaps or non-compliance.
- Track the status of artifact delivery and produce regular reports as needed.
- Conduct end-to-end regular User Access Reviews, including extraction, mapping, review, removal, and sign-off.
- Prepare clear and concise status reports to track audit progress.
- Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure adequacy and timeliness of corrective actions.
- Manage different stakeholders and service owners with varying priorities, concerns, and expectations.
- Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT auditing, internal controls, or cybersecurity, with a focus on executing operational audits.
- Proficiency in various Operating Systems (AIX, RHEL, Wintel) and Databases (Oracle, MsSQL, MySQL, Sybase, Postgres) platforms and configurations.
- Excellent analytical skills to correlate audit artifacts.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
