**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customers with high-quality business consulting services and help customer solve problems via chat.
- Continue to follow up key customers or key issues and provide reasonable and effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with users to maintain daily customer relations and provide efficient and professional services.
- Actively participate in team suggestions and be able to make certain suggestions and optimizations.
- Handle inbound calls, live chat, and other service methods.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Support other business units with customer liaison and documenting requests.
**Requirements**:
- Open to **Malaysians only.**:
- Do have experience as a Customer Support in **live chat at least 1 year.**:
- Familiarity with Crptocurrency, Block Chain, KYC, or the Banking industry is a plus,
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to do multi-tasking and patience when handling tough cases,
- Must be able to **work in rotational shifts.**:
- Have a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivation, strong resistance to pressure, and strong sense of responsibility.
- **Able to write in Romanize Hindi.**
**Benefits**:
