**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
- Assist HOD (Project) to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Act as Document controller to maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports for Project Department

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in administration/project management will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Organized, proactive, meticulous, resourceful and a team player.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Well versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
