- To support or assist in contact and manage sales staff in European and American markets.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnership.
- Research, Design, Identify, Establish, Implement, and Nurture business strategies, account plans, roadmap, and procedures with partners that drive supply growth.
- Develop formalized business plans including commercial terms, go-to-market strategy, and an execution plan.
- Negotiate and bring deals to completion with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other internal leaders and executive team members to define, actualize and evaluate business model as per strategic goals.
- Track and analyze the performance of key partnerships against the goals and KPIs of the partnership.
- Support the deal process from relationship building to due diligence, contract negotiation and pos signing.
- Work with technology,marketing teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must have good business acumen, be able to demonstrate knowledge in business strategy.

Pioneer, flexibility, critical thinking and problem solving skills are characteristics we are looking for. Not to mention, interpersonal skills in communication and negotiation are also a must.

Experience in the US and EU markets is a big advantage.
