**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues.

2. Handle customer complaints and feedback, and escalate complex issues when needed.

3. Keep accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.

4. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

1. SPM/SPVM/SKM/Diploma/Degree or working experience in call center, customer service, tele sales, etc.

2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

3. Basic computer skills. (Microsoft office)

4. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (communication and writing)

5. Good spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak other local language is an added advantage.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking & problem solving skills.

7. Work in team & able to work independently with minimum supervision.

8. Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensure we have 24/7 service levels.

9. Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

10. Willing to work in Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya.

11. Perform any other duties as instructed by the company, Board of Directors, Group CEO or your immediate Superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
