**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operations & Compliance Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of each school, ensuring they meet established standards and operate efficiently.
- Ensure all schools comply with educational regulations, health and safety standards, and Islamic values.
- Develop standardized policies and procedures to promote operational consistency across all locations.
- **Financial Planning & Resource Allocation**:

- Create and manage budgets, overseeing financial planning and allocation of resources across all schools.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective practices while ensuring quality in educational offerings.
- **Human Resources & Staff Development**:

- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of school principals, teachers, and administrative staff across the group.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and organize professional development programs to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Foster a collaborative work culture that aligns with Islamic values and encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Marketing & Public Relations**:

- Develop and execute a group-wide marketing strategy to raise awareness, attract new students, and build the organization’s reputation.
- Build partnerships with local organizations, religious bodies, and community leaders to support the schools' objectives.
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to promote its mission and secure external support.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Islamic Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Education or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Training in educational leadership, school management, or Islamic studies is a strong advantage.
- **Experience**:

- At least 5+ years of experience in educational management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably managing multiple institutions.
- Demonstrated experience within Islamic or Tahfiz school settings is strongly preferred.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strategic leadership and multi-site management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Islamic values, Quranic education, and the principles of Tahfiz schooling.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and resource allocation for multiple sites.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

**Application Process**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
