**Job Responsibility**
- To supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- To plan, organise, and direct all cleaning activities, including routing cleaning and emergency clean-ups.
- To ensure standards for cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met.
- Manage inventory and procurement.
- To ensure tools and materials are available as needed while adhering to budget constraints.
- To enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.
- To conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of facilities.
- To address and respond to complaints or issues related to cleanliness or maintenance promptly.
- To prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, submit reports, and monitor expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
- To implement new cleaning technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Job requirement**
- High school diploma required, a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in housekeeping management, preferably in a mall or large retail environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in inventory and budget management.
- Certifications in cleaning industry standards and safety regulations are advantageous.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
