Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Housekeeping Executive to support daily property cleanliness and upkeep across multiple condominium sites. This role requires regular travel to 2–3 condominiums daily, assisting cleaners with tools and detergents, handling purchasing, and investigating complaints. The position is crucial in ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily site visits (2–3 condominiums) to monitor cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist cleaners with their daily tasks, providing guidance where needed.
  • Purchase, stock, and manage cleaning tools, materials, and detergents.
  • Deliver cleaning supplies and detergents to sites on time.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints related to cleanliness or housekeeping matters.
  • Report site conditions, issues, and improvement recommendations to management.
  • Ensure housekeeping activities comply with company standards.
  • Support special assignments or projects as directed.
  • Travel to Johor branch approximately once a month.

Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, property management, or related field preferred.
  • Must have own transport and willing to travel daily.
  • Physically fit and able to carry cleaning materials/tools when required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
