CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (MALL)

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service and assistance to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. Act as main point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and general mall information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Greet and assist shoppers courteously and professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
  • Manage the mall's information counter and telephone hotline.
  • Handle lost & found items and maintain proper records.
  • Liaise with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing mall events and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily reports on customer service interactions and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standard governing customer interactions.

Requirement

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays (rotational shifts)
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM system.
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Detailed-oriented with commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
