Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

- Recording every customer interaction in our CRM system to help improve service for the future.
- Collaborating with team members and leaders to create the best customer experience possible.
- Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction).
- Adapting quickly to product updates, promotions, and service changes.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a bonus.
- Able to thrive in rotational shifts (including weekends, nights, and public holidays).
