Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Petaling Jaya

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats professionally.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and accurately.
  • Provide product or service information to customers.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs for response time, customer satisfaction, and quality.
  • Support other team members and participate in training when required.
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Applicant are required to have at least a qualification in SPM or above.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
  • Willing to work based in Petaling Jaya.
  • Have no issues with working in on 7am-3am rotational shift basis (9 hours shift),with 5 days a week (2 rotational offdays).
