To carry out all M&E inspections on site.
- To carry out coordination with C&S, Architectural, ID, and Equipment installation works.
- To supervise daily works done according to approved specifications and drawings.
- To verify contractor site daily report and compile relevant documents.
- To witness tests being carried out and identify only approved materials were used as per contract.
- To generate site progress reports and issue site memos whenever necessary or required.
- To identify and compile defects on site and report to the superior for further action.
- To monitor closely all contractors’ daily work progress and manpower on site.
- To monitor construction work schedules closely and to report to superiors on any anomaly.
- To push the contractor regarding work progress in order to avoid delays.
- To report to immediate superior on-site matters, current site activities, and progress regularly.
- To detect and report any non-conformance work to the superior / manager for further action.
- To report immediately to the superior any discrepancy on site between drawing and actual work.
- To record and compile all site activities on a daily basis.
- To liaise with and assist other site colleagues on any site matter if required.
- To attend progress coordination meetings with contractor/consultant whenever necessary
