Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with the project owner, government safety regulations, and industry standards 2. Recommend changes to protect workers and educate the team on how to prevent health problems using safety training programs 3. Investigate accidents to identify their root causes and find ways to prevent them in the future 5. Builds collaborative and productive working relationships, networks with and appropriately involves key internal and external stakeholders 6. Influences key business decisions, as well as, functional and operational EHS strategies, plans, executes and evaluates complex assignments that have a broad impact on operations and the business **Job Requirements**: 1. Posses a Diploma/ Degree in EHS or Engineering related 2. DOSH Malaysia Green Book Holder 3. At least 10-15 years of experience in construction which include managerial/advisor positions 4. Experience in a data center construction 5. Strong in management and implementation of EHS system 6. Fully understand Malaysia’s EHS regulatory compliance and guidelines, hence able to provide technical services 7. Able to guide and train other staffs for any related EHS issues 8.
