**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor the company's Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) at the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Enforce compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994), Factories and Machinery Act (FMA 1967), and other relevant legislation.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and training to workers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit safety reports, accident/incident reports, and investigation findings.
- Liaise with local authorities (e.g. DOSH, CIDB) and attend site safety meetings with consultants and clients.
- Maintain safety records and documentation, including permits, inspection logs, and PPE checklists.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and good practices among all site personnel.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure fire prevention, emergency response, and first aid measures are in place and well communicated.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a valid Site Safety and Health Officer (SHO) **Green Book**from DOSH.
- Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in construction safety.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian safety and health regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
