Front Office Assisstant

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Checking guests in and out.
- Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
- Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
- Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by Resort
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Providing guests with information about the Resort.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
**Requirements**:
- SPM or Diploma in any relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking and payment systems
- Hands-on experience with online marketing on Social Media (Instagram, FB etc)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
