**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Able to do material take off from drawing, interpret engineering drawing, specification & documents, etc.

*Sourcing and identify potential suppliers/vendors/subcontractors who can provide competitive pricing, quality, and delivery performance.

*Prepare commercial proposals and technical proposals according to the specification and requirement.

*Ensure delivery of proposals/documents meet the requirements in terms of technical specifications, deadline, and business strategy.

*Attending meeting for site visit and clarification

*Produce/list out and tabulate the material take off Mechanical/ E&I as and when needed.

*Preparation of BOQ / MTO for RFQ purpose (to 3rd party)

*Data/ Quotation comparison analysis

*Preparation of tender internal file for costing purpose but not limited to labor and equipment rates, labor composite, burden table, man hour estimation and productivity index.

*Participate in risk assessments by maintaining effective on-going communications with construction team with providing information for project budget estimates, schedules, strategy, and execution plans.

*Presentation to management for the prepared proposal before submission to client (to get approval before submission).

*Travel for work purpose in short notice period (i.e : Site visit and clarification meeting to client premises)

**REQUIREMENT**

*Willing to work beyond normal working hour including on public holiday and/or over the weekend to meet tender/proposal submission dateline.

*A team player and can work under pressure.

*Experience in field construction work will be added advantage especially in oil & gas industry.

*Experience in using Primavera and/or Microsoft Project will be added advantage.

*Minimum 3 years’ experience in tender/proposal preparation and/or work in construction field.
