**Position Summary**
The **Business Development Executive** is a vital member of the **Commercial Department**, reporting directly to the **Business Development Manager**. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining and strengthening relationships with potential and existing clients throughout the entire sales cycle and post-sale. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams, the Business Development Executive works to expand the company's market presence, support sales efforts, and contribute to overall company growth by fostering long-term client partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation: Research and identify target clients, build a CRM database, and develop strategies through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain client relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and exploring additional opportunities post-sale. Stay engaged post-sale to build trust, ensure satisfaction, and explore new business opportunities.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and refine outreach strategies.
- Internal Collaboration & Strategic Reporting: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Product teams to achieve business goals. Collaborate with Sales Engineers to ensure seamless client experiences and maintain relationship continuity.
- Proposal Support: Prepare tailored client proposals and maintain organized records for easy follow-up.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in business development or sales.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn, and digital outreach; strong networking and presentation skills.
- Industry Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with construction or engineering is a plus.
- Traits: Proactive, resilient, goal-oriented, adaptable, and skilled communicator.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
