Business Development Executive

Autobarn Automotive Solutions Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our team If you have a passion for sales and the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Promote and sell Autobarn product and services.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **SPM or Diploma** in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **At least 2-3 years of sales experience**, preferably in automotive, retail, or related B2B or B2C Sales.
- Proficiency in **Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage** to communicate with a wider customer base.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel as required.
