- Ensure proper execution of contracts, agreements and legal documents
- Ensure proper management and administration of legal documents

- Attend and represent the company in contract negotiations and meetings
- Prepare legal report and business proposal to Management
- Undertake such other duties/responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the HOD
- Support HOD in liaising with an external lawyer and other external parties on all legal matters
**Job Requirement**:

- Must have experience in Corporate or in-house. Litigation background is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in-house or in legal firms
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel for an outstation in a short notice
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Knowledge in legal matters with excellent communication
- Possess own transport and valid driving license
- Able to work in team and independently whenever needed and meet the deadlines
