**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Provide legal advice / support to the Legal Manager on the business activities and compliance matters and updates on laws and regulations;
- Draft and vet of various contracts, agreements, letters and other legal documentations e.g contracts, agreements etc;
- Handle legal matters, due diligence, arbitration matters and liaising with external counsel when necessary;
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with the regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance is regulated internally and externally with the government bodies;
- Coordinate with external lawyers and other third-party advisors on collection matters;
- Assist in corporate secretarial matters;
- To assist on any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required to do so.

**Requirements**:

- A can-do attitude is a must;
- Articulate with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin (added advantage)
- Preferably specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
