- Prior experience not required, training will be provided

Responsibility
- To prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per agreed by the café managements in the most effective manner following café procedures and recipes.
- Responsible for daily operation of the café to the opening and closing time
- To ensure the operations follows the cleaning and safety standards of the equipements and operation areas. This includes performing preventive maintenance of the related equipments.
- To promote and educating coffee and other beverages knowledge to customers to increase consumption and sales.
- To learn in detail our full product offering including foods, cakes and drinks to promote to customers.
- To monitor and maintaing drinks and beverages inventory.
- To perform sales transactions correctly and efficiently.
- To be pro-active in maintaining and improving turnover and profibility.
- To manage after sales services efficiently ensuring high level customer satisfaction. This includes pro-actively responds, investigates and resolve any customer incidents service situations.
- To manage and responsible for controlling wastage of the products.
- To perform routine cleaning of the bar areas, floor, windows and work top and take out trashes. This includes washing the cups, glasses and other bar utilities and tools.
- To be team player by understand, communicate and respect of the other team members professionally.
- To report any accident, incident and hazard situations to the owner.
- To represent high level of attitude, attire and manners to reflect companies image during employment.
