**JOB SUMMARY**
- As the Business Development Executive (BDE) with lead role in sales & marketing of the group’s insurance service.
- Responsible to develop new products, secure new business, maintain customers and grow in segments of the Insurance industry.
- Reporting to the Insurance Manager and Executive Director.
- Base in Head Office, Section 7, Shah Alam.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain up-to-date customer database, and Sales Pipeline.
- Lead in market intel gathering, sales management and monthly sales reporting.
- Liaise and maintain good rapport with external & internal parties e.g. management, staff, other depts, customers, agencies, and related authorities.
- Performing other office duties, as directed by management.
**REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Computer literate, Microsoft office including comfortable to work with search engines.
- Able to meet dateline & working under pressure.
- Can communicate effectively with management/staff and external parties from all levels.
- Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa
- Degree or Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years working experience in related field.ned by superior.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
