Receptionist (English Speaking)

Answer telephones and give information to callers in courtesy, take messages accurately, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals correctly, or scheduling appointments.
- Greet visitors or callers in courtesy, determine nature and purpose of visit, and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs, or escort them to specific destinations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents.
- Keep the reception counter clean, neat and tidy at all the times.
- Recording and monitoring the stock level for stationery and distribute accordingly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
