**Responsibilities & Authorities**
- Responsible for the overall administrative and operational matters of the department.
- Coordinating and preparing sales documentations and order processing.
- Liaising with Planning/Production/Delivery Sections on the stock availability to ensure on time delivery.
- Liaising with customers on payment matters and other office administrative functions.
- Updating customers’ database.
- Attending and providing prompt feedback to customers’ inquiries.
- Ensuring timely submission of all reports that require by the management / superior on regular or ad-hoc basis.
- Supporting sales personnel on daily sales related coordination, internally and externally.
- Plan, organize and coordinate all periodically sales meeting and special project meeting that assigned by the superior.
**Education & Experience (preferred)**
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience
**Skills & Knowledge (Required or To Be Provided if do not possess)**
- PC literate, team player and initiative.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and result-oriented.
- Good communication skills. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage. Required skill(s): MS Office & Autocount.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
