**Job Requirements**:
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 year’s working experience in the related field is required for this position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Personal Assistant to the Directors.
- Assist in preparation monthly claim Directors.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Helping prepare and booking for meetings related.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must be a well-dressed person.
**Experiences**:
- Administrative Support: 1-2 year (required)
- Personal Assistant: 1-2year (preferred)
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,999.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Car License (preferred)
