**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate BIM implementation throughout the project design and final model preparation.
- Act as the primary contact for all BIM-related matters for assigned projects.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the BIM Execution Plan.
- Oversee updates to models, specialized models, and related databases.
- Prepare drawing submission lists based on contract requirements.
- Lead and supervise BIM Engineers to meet project timelines and standards.
- Monitor drawing submissions and regularly update their status.
- Support the Project Team with design changes, updates, and related issues.
- Maintain and update all models, drawings, and documentation.
- Attend BIM coordination meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
- Certified in BIM modelling and management.
- Proficient in relevant BIM software.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- In-depth M&E engineering knowledge and design experience.
- Data centre project experience is an advantage.
