Responsible for the full maintenance of the circuit and park and ensuring that all facilities are in good working conditions and are safe and secure to be operated and used by the public and ensuring that the environment is conducive and friendly to work in.Assist Technical and Maintenance Manager for the construction of the park, any expansion or extension to the park and any other related work to the park and its surrounding facilities or at other sites as necessary.Carry out opening tasks, monitor the safety practices during the operation of the park, ensure the gear up deck area is clean and tidy and to carry out distribution and allocation of instructor’s position on weekends.Be on standby for rescue at height when the park is in operation and responsible to handle evacuation of guests from the circuit during bad weather or other safety threat.Carry out weekly inspection on platforms and circuits and to update record for the department to arrange for follow up repair and maintenance work.To monitor tools and to take the responsibility of the maintenance of tools and to ensure the tidiness of the workshop in line with the Company’s internal process and policy.Responsible to identify, select, repair and maintain the PPE from any defect and to carry out effective maintenance at all times without affecting the flow of the operation.Keep record on the stocks of materials and consumables needed for maintenance of park and PPE and ensuring stocks are continuously available, properly kept and labelled, in line with the Company’s internal process and procedure.Custodian of all machines, equipment, tools and gear and responsible to ensure proper use and safekeeping of all these machineries and also responsible to ensure they are kept in good repair and order and well labelled in the workshop.Ensure all rescue kit at height is complete, together with extra PPE and tools are adequate and always available during operation.Ensure all safety equipment are available and in good condition and are properly placed at the gear up deck before and after operation day.Setting of a high standard and example to all other part time instructors and to guide them in ensuring high safety standard are maintained at all times through on the job training and safety briefings and talks.Ensuring all the SOPs are continuously complied and to ensure the standards and ISO 9001 is complied with diligently.Assist in technical and safety aspect of any events or programs at the park.
