**Requirements Gathering**:

- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business and functional requirements.

**Process Analysis and Improvement**
- Analyze and map business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop process improvement strategies and present them to stakeholders.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

**Solution Design**:

- Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.

**Testing and Validation**:

- Develop and execute test plans to validate that business requirements are met.
- Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders and ensure issues are resolved.

**Qualifications /Requirements**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in process analysis, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN).
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
